A Kahn Design refreshes the Audi Q7 Wide Track

A Kahn Design Audi Q7 Wide Track

The big widebody, Audi.

A Kahn Design isn’t just about Range Rover and Land Rover when it comes to SUVs, in fact, one of Afzal Kahn’s favorite cars in his collection is the Jeep Wrangler. So it should come as no surprise that the Audi Q7 has undergone the A Kahn Design wide track upgrade process, resulting in a powerful SUV in terms of aesthetics and engine output.

The entire Kahn Q7 wide track is visually bold due to the new aerodynamic body work. Each of the front fenders was replaced with new, wider units with integrated vents. Each side of the Kahn Q7 features lower side skirts that flow directly into the wider rear fenders with vents. At the front sits new bumper sections with gunmetal grey detailing that highlights the LED lighting and large grille. Instead of the brushed aluminum that Audi likes to use on the mirrors of their S- and RS-models, A Kahn Design has given the Q7 gunmetal grey side mirrors to contrast the white exterior paint. At the rear, the Kahn Q7 wears a new rear bumper with integrated exhaust outlets and a roof spoiler for improved high speed stability.

Helping to visually transform the exterior design of the Kahn Q7 are new 22-inch Kahn RSX wheels. Each of the RSX wheels were finished in gunmetal grey to match the contrasting body work of the Q7 and can be fitted with the original center caps. Behind each wheel are special liquid gold painted brake calipers and the adjustable Audi air suspension that raises and lowers the SUV.

The 3.0 TDI that powers the A Kahn Design Q7 wide track may not have the highest output of the model line, but offers some of the best fuel economy and gobs of torque. The 233 bhp and 406 lb-ft. output also sounds quite a bit meaner than some would expect thanks to a Kahn stainless steel exhaust system.

As with all of the A Kahn Design cars, the interior was given the full upgrade treatment. Each seat was outfitted with new perforated nappa leather with red stitching, insert, and A Kahn Design logo. Facing the driver is a new red speedometer and cream colored tachometer. For a sportier atmosphere, the foot pedals were replaced with new machined and vented aluminum units while new stainless steel door sill plates greet passengers.

The entire A Kahn Design Audi Q7 wide track will come standard with a comfortable list of features such as panoramic roof, navigation, and Bluetooth. The Kahn Q7 wide track can be ordered as a complete car for £61,875 or as a separate package with individual accessories.
