Simon Kidston, of Kidston SA, was able to get behind the wheel and actually drive the super-rare automobile thanks to the team at Mercedes-Benz Classic and five deep into the history and intricate details of the 300SLR. It’s an eight-cylinder 3.0-liter, 300-horsepower car that is beautiful in almost every way and offers an incredibly unique and inspiring driving experience.
