Too Late! All the McLaren P1s have been sold

McLaren P1 Sold Out

High-demand hybrid hypercar.

The McLaren P1, Porsche 918 Spyder, and Ferrari LaFerrari are easily the hottest hybrid hypercars in the world. Unfortunately, those of you that have been saving every penny in a gigantic jar in the hopes of one day being able to buy a new McLaren P1 are out of luck.

McLaren plans to produce only 375 P1s to keep it exclusive and all of those have been sold. All 375 have been purchased for at least $1,350,000 and oftentimes more thanks to the wealth of special and custom options.

The McLaren P1 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter V-8 engine producing 727 bhp and 531 lb-ft. of torque, mated to an electric motor producing 176 bhp and 192 lb-ft., for a total output of 903 bhp and 722 lb-ft. of torque. This sends the hybrid hypercar to 62 mph in 2.8 seconds and 124 in 6.8 seconds, while 186 mph flies by after 16.5 seconds. Top speed is electronically limited to 217 mph.

That means that McLaren just sold a total of 338,625 horsepower. That’s a lot of power.
