The days of repainting a car are over. The costly and almost-permanent method of customizing your vehicle has since been replaced by less-expensive wrapping. Fostla is one of the companies in Germany that specializes in covering vehicles with specially-designed foilings and has demonstrated their latest work on a 991 Porsche 911 GT3.

The Porsche 911 GT3 doesn’t need help when it comes to getting noticed, but a new wrap can never hurt. Fostla installed their new, entirely reversible wrap starting with a glossy white base layer. The front end was even beefed up with a double-layer of the white wrap to protect against any rocks or road debris while driving.

After that gloss white base layer was put down, Fostla added an electric Green layer to the lower body of the 911 GT3 except at the rear. The green line begins to turn upwards prior to the rear wheel, giving the impression of speed. The green color also covers the side mirrors and end caps of the rear spoiler, while a green stripe runs from the front hood and across the roof. Three black lines, the middle of which is the thinnest, run above the green stripe at the bottom of the body panels and end at the rear wheel well. Finishing things off is Porsche lettering in the top end of the front windshield.

The full wrap for the Porsche 911 GT3 came in at 4,000 Euros and doesn’t damage the factory paint. This and other custom-tailored wraps are currently available from Fostla.
