The limited-edition model makes its way to the Far East.
DMC Exotic Car Tuning rolled out their third stage of upgrades for the Lamborghini Aventador that’s so exclusive that customers have to apply for ownership and are limited to one single color before shelling out $288,888 for the package. So far, only three DMC Edizione-GT Aventadors have been built, the latest of which was recently delivered to China and captured in some exciting photographs.
The DMC Edizione-GT wears an aggressive black and red color scheme filled with lightweight carbon fiber aerodynamics. New front and rear bumpers are strapped to the gills with spoilers, flics, flaps, and diffusers to generate maximum downforce and cooling while speeding down the road. Atop the mid-mounted engine is a full carbon fiber cover with air outlets and an integrated air scoop to help cool the mighty 6.5-liter V-12. At the rear sits a massive GT spoiler that can be manually adjusted in three different settings for varying degrees of downforce.
The aerodynamic body kit of the DMC Edizione-GT was designed to handle the incredible speed and power the engine is capable of producing. The 6.5-liter V-12 engine was given new individual intake throttle plates, fuel pumps, lines, modulators, and nozzles along with a pair of new turbochargers controlled by a reprogrammed ECU. That’s good for an enormous amount of power that is controlled by a set of lightweight five double-spoke forged wheels and a more dynamic suspension setup.
Inside, owners have the option from three different packages that range from buttons and trim sets to full transformations with fine leather, alcantara, carbon fiber, and other materials.
The third DMC Edizione-GT was recently delivered to China and captured on camera by local artist, Yinfeng. DMC Exotic Car Tuning is still producing its limited-edition package for $288,888 (not including car), each in its own unique color.
