Chelsea Truck Company has taken that to the next level and added a touch of luxury with their new Keswick Green Land Rover Defender 2.4 TDCI 90 Pick Up Chelsea Wide Track. It’s all about business with a touch of class and exclusivity here, folks.
The classic boxy styling of the Land Rover Defender models is emphasized with a new set of extended fenders with exposed bolt apertures. The front fascia is transformed with a new bumper replacement with integrated daytime running lights and shadow chrome headlights to blaze the trail ahead. A new X-Lander front grille was color matched to the lower bumper guard and lends to a toughened look. A stainless steel hood and fender vent mesh maintain the off-road purpose.
The tough, rugged look of the Land Rover Defender 2.4 TDCI 90 Pick Up Chelsea Wide Track is apparent below the waistline. A new set of 1939 Defend Retro Dish wheels have a deep step lip and measure 8.5 x 16 with 275/55/20 tires that are designed to eat up terrain. New toughened mud flaps are positioned behind the wheels with the rear pair integrating a set of cross-hair exhaust outlets. Above, sits the pick up truck bed covered by a tonneau cover.
Inside, the purposeful design of the Land Rover Defender gets a more luxurious touch. Both the front seats were swapped out for more supportive Sports GTB seats trimmed in quilted and perforated leather. A full leather instrument binnacle and door card set comes complete with Alcantara trimming for that extra touch of comfort, while hard-wearing floor mats handle any kind of mess from off-roading. A new Kahn billet steering wheel, gauges, and vented foot pedals in machined aluminum all lend to a more engaging driving experience. The final touch is a new Churchill time clock integrated into the dashboard.
The new Keswick Green Land Rover Defender 2.4 TDCI 90 Pick Up Chelsea Wide Track is currently available for £28,930. Customers can also have their Land Rover Defender custom-tailored to their wishes as well.
