That thing just came out of nowhere!
Speed bumps are annoying, but they’re there to make high-pedestrian areas safer. It keeps those that live life a quarter-of-a-mile-at-a-time in check so that nobody gets hit.
But they also require drivers to pay attention or else they can really damage their vehicle, especially the speed bumps that resemble massive humps of asphalt in the middle of the road.
This driver was not paying attention and speeding down the street when they realized too late that there was a large speed bump just waiting for them to hit it. The driver panicked and slammed on the brakes while attempting to avoid it by sliding sideways.
Well, that didn’t work at all. The hatchback hits the speed bump sideways, hops over it and then rolls over onto its roof.
The bystander in the blue shirt has the best reaction as he waves his hand in disgust and walks away. He just can’t believe this driver’s stupidity.
Luckily, two other bystanders ran over to help and the driver was uninjured. Meanwhile an SUV almost mockingly drives slowly past as if it’s demonstrating the proper way to take a speed bump.
