The new Ford GT is going to be making its return to the 24 hours of Le Mans next year and while the car’s development is still in the early stages, it’s got us all sorts of excited.
The new Ford GT GTE/GTLM was caught testing at Sebring in late August and while the car looks amazing with its black bodywork, spoilers, and design, it sounds like an absolute monster.
The 3.5-liter, twin-turbocharged V-6 engine emits a devilishly sinister note with lots of grunting and popping coupled with turbos whistling and a gearbox whining.
Even if the new Ford GT GTE/GTLM is a total flop at Le Mans, its sound will surely win our hearts and ears.
