The Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe is the definition of class and power. Its stately German design is rather subtle but its power output is not in the least bit. The 5.5-liter, twin-turbocharged V-8 cranks out a viscous amount of power for a full-size luxury coupe, and G-Power was able to take that to the next level.
The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V-8 engine that’s been built by hand holds quite a bit of potential that’s just waiting to be tapped into. G-Power’s Bi-Tronik 5 V1 plug-and-play power module does just that while keeping the factory diagnostic and protection systems in place. Under partial load, the module is inactive as data goes from the factory ECU to the engine. When full throttle is engaged, the Bi-Tronik 5 V1 module activates new mapping that creates a wave of additional power.
But what sets the new G-Power plug-and-play module apart is that it’s only active once a designated oil temperature is reached and deactivated it the coolant temperature exceeds a maximum temperature. The Bi-Tronik 5 V1 can be easily installed and uninstalled thanks to its plug-and-play design.
Under full load, the G-Power Mercedes-AMG S63 creates a whopping 705 PS and 738 lb-ft. of torque. That sends the luxury coupe to 62 mph in just 3.8 seconds and to a top speed of 202 mph.
As an option, customers can choose to install new G-Power Hurricane RR forged wheels made from weight-optimized aerospace aluminum alloy. The double-spoke wheels measure 21 inches in diameter and wear stickier 255/35 R21 and 295/30 R21 rear Michelin tires to transfer that power to the asphalt with greater efficiency.
The new G-Power Bi-Tronik 5 V1 plug-and-play module is currently available along with the Hurricane RR forged wheels for the Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe.
