Founded in 1977 by Bodo Buschmann in Bottrop, Germany, Brabus GmbH is a company that specializes in the tuning of Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, and Smart. Brabus GmbH has also worked in conjunction with Bugatti as the exclusive tuner until the brand was sold to Volkswagen in 1998. In addition to tuning automobiles, Brabus GmbH also offers custom-tailored yachts for clients. The brand has received numerous awards for its products and services throughout its history. Brabus GmbH also holds many world records for achieving the fastest top speed for their sedans, wagons, and SUVs.
