The sleek, sporty, and sexy 991.

The sleek, sporty, and sexy 991.

The new Porsche 991 911 is more powerful, technologically advanced, and more efficient than ever before. Porsche also gave its newest 911 a sleeker, wider design than past models. speedART is looking to improve upon all of these aspects and create a unique and powerful Porsche 991 upgrade program for the 911 Carrera and Carrera S models just in time for the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.

The new speedART 911 SP91-R complements the 991-generation’s sleek new lines to create a sporty yet stylish aerodynamic program. speedART has developed a number of different variants for the SP91-R body kit, the first aspect of which involves the addition of a CS rear spoiler that can be mounted on the stock rear spoiler. The spoiler not only improves downforce at the rear axle, but adds muscular styling to the 911 Carrera and Carrera S models. The wing can also be painted in two different colors to add a custom tailored look to the 911.

As part of the speedART SP91-R, customers can order from a range of different wheel and suspension setups. Upon its launch after the Geneva Motor Show, the speedART 911 will feature modular LSC-Forged wheels in 20- and 21-inch sizes with custom finishes. A number of different suspension options will be available for better handling ranging from sport or race setups and even an air lift upgrade to overcome obstacles.

Both the 3.4-liter and 3.8-liter flat-six engines in the Porsche 911 will have power kit options from speedART. Full exhausts complete with upgraded manifolds and sport catalytic converters will be available with optional sport switches that can alter the sound of the flat-six engine. Customers of the speedART SP91-R program can also opt for a lightweight titanium exhaust setup for even better performance. speedART is also developing an ECU tuning program that is expected to increase power by 25 horsepower and 18 lb-ft. (25 Nm) in conjunction with an upgraded exhaust for both engine choices.

The speedART SP91-R 911 will be available with a range of interior accessories. Customers can create a unique atmosphere with alcantara and leather upholstery, and custom trim sets. For better control, a number of ergonomic sports steering wheels can be fitted along with F1 paddle shifters.

The speedART SP91-R will make its official debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show in March. The full upgrade list along with pricing will be made available during the show.

Diesel with a touch of class and performance.

Diesel with a touch of class and performance.

The diesel variant of the Porsche Panamera gravitates towards fuel efficiency rather than performance like it’s V-8 and turbocharged brethren. But with the new speedART PS9 300D power kit, the diesel sedan becomes a potent performer with looks that rival the Turbo model.

The 3.0-liter powerplant used in the Panamera diesel offers a respectable 250 horsepower and 406 lb-ft. of torque in stock form. speedART developed a PS9 300D Panamera power kit to unleash the engine’s hidden potential and make the sedan quicker on its feet. With the new tuning kit, the turbodiesel V-6 engine gets a boost to 300 horsepower and thundering 479 lb-ft. (650 Nm) of torque. The added power helps to improve the stock 6.8-second 0-62 mph sprint and 150 mph top speed.

The appearance of the speedART Porsche Panamera Diesel can also be enhanced with a new Aero-Kit to reflect the increased power output. The PS9 Aero-Kit includes a front chin spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser, and rear double-wing spoiler for increased downforce at high speeds. New air intakes also bring in cool air at the front and rear of the sedan. At the rear, customers can also order a set of tailpipes that utilize the stock muffler.

The complete transformation is completed with a set of performance wheels and tires. speedART chose their five-spoke monobloc Competition FSC wheels in a bi-color version for the Panamera Diesel. The black and silver wheels measure 22 inches on both the front and rear axle, and wear 265 and 305 ZR 22 performance tires for greater grip. Behind each of the wheels lie speedART sport-design brake calipers for improved stopping power.

The entire Porsche Panamera Diesel tuning range can be purchased from speedART as a complete package or separate accessories. Pricing for the PS9 300D Power Kit, PS9 Aero-Kit, and wheel fitment have not been released.

PDK-packed Porsche performance.

PDK-packed Porsche performance.

After the release of Porsche’s second-generation 911 Turbo, speedART immediately began designing and developing components that would increase performance and give the supercar a stunning look. In March of 2010, they released the BTR-II 650 EVO, a complete 650 horsepower conversion with exhilarating performance. There was only one problem – Porsche’s lightning-fast PDK dual-clutch transmission couldn’t handle the immense torque. So, the premier performance transmission from Porsche was left out of the equation…until now.

The 997.2 911 Turbo already provides earth-shattering performance figures with blistering straight-line acceleration and ability to reach triple-digit speeds with ease. The power kit developed by speedART Porsche for the 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged flat-six however, blows the stock Turbo away. Fitted with a complete exhaust system that includes sport headers and manifolds and sport catalytic converters, the BTR-II 650 EVO produces a fierce howl. Additional boost comes from two larger VTG turbochargers, enlarged intercoolers, and sport air filters, all optimized by the modified motronic ECU for a total output of 650 horsepower and over 660 lb-ft. of torque.

Porsche’s Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) transmission that was first developed and used for the 956 racecar in the early 1980s has since been perfected and found its way into the current Porsche lineup. PDK provides a noticeable increase in performance, shifting quicker than both a traditional automatic and manual transmission, so it only made sense for speedART to utilize the dual-clutch for their latest horsepower monster. The stock PDK uses six rings in the inner and outer disc packets and is not able to handle the extreme power from the BTR-II 650 EVO. To resolve this, speedART reinforced the transmission with eight rings in each packet, allowing for over 30 percent more torque to reach the wheels. With the upgraded transmission and additional power, the BTR-II 650 EVO can sprint to 124 mph in just over nine seconds and reach a top speed of over 208 mph.

The speedART BTR-II 650 EVO wears a unique aerodynamic-inspired body kit called the Evolution (hence the name BTR-II 650 EVO). The kit consists of a new front bumper with optimized air inlets and spoiler lip that improves downforce and brake cooling. The rear sports a new diffuser and spoiler with adjustable wing for even more downforce to improve stability and handling at high speeds.

To complete the enhanced overall appearance while also adding additional performance are new lightweight wheels and a revised suspension. The premier wheels for the BTR-II 650 EVO are speedART’s three-piece LSC (Light Spoke Competition) Forged wheels measuring 8.5 x 20 up front and a wide 12 x 20 at the rear. New 245/30 ZR20 front and 325/25 ZR20 rear shoes grip the road, and in combination with the Street Race adjustable suspension with PASM, provide responsive and precise handling.

speedART’s BTR-II 650 EVO also features a custom performance-oriented interior. For complete control, a 340-mm sport steering wheel with Formula-1 shift paddles for PDK is fitted. Every dial, detail, stitch, and seat belt is available in a number of different colors, while the power boost display has been re-tuned to display up to 1.8 BAR of boost.

The speedART BTR-II 650 EVO is currently available as an entire kit, and is the only aftermarket Porsche with a reinforced PDK transmission capable of handling such power. Customers can also purchase separate components from speedART to enhance their 911 Turbo. Pricing has not been released.

The latest Cayenne from speedART is quick on its feet with 450 hp. Oh, and it’s a hybrid.

Who says that performance has to be sacrificed with a hybrid powertrain? Not speedART, the Porsche tuner from Stuttgart who has transformed the new Cayenne S Hybrid into a powerful beast. The conversion gives the Cayenne an even sportier ride, while a new blue paintjob and forged wheels create a stunning look all while maintaining excellent fuel economy.

Powering the Cayenne to a greener future is the 333 horsepower supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 from Audi mated to a 35 kW (47 hp) electric motor for a combined total of 380 horsepower. Without tampering with the Cayenne’s electric mode, speedART was able to increase power by 70 horses, bringing output up to 450 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. This results in a 0-62 acceleration time of 6.0 seconds, down half a second from the stock Hybrid. Top speed also rises by 6 mph over the stock Hybrid and 14 mph over the base Cayenne V-6 to an impressive 157 mph. With the added power, the speedHYBRID 450 can also achieve the same gas mileage as the stock Hybrid model and not affect either the Sport- or E-Power modes.

To give the engine a bit more character speedART has added a new 100 mm quad exhaust system with a sound switch. The supercharged V-6 also gets a new outfit as well, wearing new plastic bearing the speedART Porsche speedHYBRID logo and with matching blue trim.

For a more unique look than the uniform Cayenne Hybrid, speedART has added a new paint scheme and lightweight wheels. With Porsche’s Sand White as a base color, a contrasting light blue paint stripe runs from both the hood to the rear and along the sides of the speedHYBRID 450. The color also highlights the side mirrors and rear spoiler for an even sportier look. For increased performance without sacrificing fuel consumption, speedART has added the 22-inch LSC Forged three-piece wheels that weigh the same as a set of the 21-inch cast wheels. Measuring 9.5 x 22 up front with 275/30 ZR22 tires and 11 x 22 and 315/30 ZR22 at the rear, the forged wheels can be ordered in a custom color for the customer. To complete the look, speedART offers either an electric lowering module for vehicles equipped with air suspension or conventional lowering springs for vehicles the conventional suspension.

For the interior, speedART has added a few pieces that bring out the sporty character of the speedHYBRID 450. A new steering wheel with paddle shifters offers greater grip and comfort, while a blue instrument dial faces the driver. Displaying the boost pressure from the supercharger is a new blue boost gauge stationed in the center of the dashboard for easy viewing. To match the paint, the black speedART floor mats are trimmed in blue.

The speedART speedHYBRID 450 is currently available as a complete kit. Customers can also purchase individual options for their Cayenne Hybrid. Later this year, speedART will be debuting two new aerodynamic body kits for the Cayenne model line for a more unique appearance.

The speedART BTR II 580: Bi-Turbo-Racer, second generation, five hundred and eighty horsepower.

The speedART BTR II 580: Bi-Turbo-Racer, second generation, five hundred and eighty horsepower.

After the release of Porsche’s second generation 997 Turbo it was only a matter of time before German based tuning company speedART rolled out an in-your-face tuning program for the legendary sportscar. Increasing power in the new Direct Injection 3.8-liter flat six is a revised engine management system to increase boost and a volume controlled sport exhaust with 200-cell sport catalytic converters. The result is a meaty 580 hp, thrusting the car to 62 mph in just 3.2 seconds.

The BTR II 580 takes on similar design cues as the outlandish Porsche GT3 RS, ensuring instant recognition. The body kit features a new front spoiler that optimizes airflow to the brakes and increases downforce, as well as new side skirts, rear diffuser, subtle rooftop spoiler, and a larger rear spoiler wing. The kit is painted in a bi-color and available with eye-catching stickers.

A new adjustable sport suspension creates a more dynamic ride and is available in several variations including street, sport, or race sport. Modular twin spoke LSC Forged wheels dramatically set off the appearance of the speedART Porsche BTR II 580, and measure 20×8.5 with 245/30 ZR20 tires at the front, and 20×12 with 325/25 ZR20 tires at the rear.
