Many aftermarket tuning companies have their own specialty, whether it be wheels, exhausts, ECU tuning, aerodynamics, etc. Just like their name suggests, the focus for wheelsandmore is on wheels…and more!

Their latest creation is the Ferrari 599 GTO. Not only does it have distinct, custom 599 GTO wheels, but it also boasts a roaring V-12 engine thanks to a new exhaust system and features an adjustable suspension.

The wheelsandmore 599 GTO was fitted with custom tailored three-piece 6Sporz² ultra light forged wheels. Each of the 599 GTO wheels was assembled by hand to ensure the utmost in quality, then given a black powder coated face and yellow barrel. Due to the immense power produced by the 599 GTO’s V-12 engine, a staggered 9 x 21 front and 12.5 x 21 rear fitment was chosen to ensure the proper amount of grip at the rear. The wheels were also fitted with 245/30/21 front and 345/25/21 rear Hankook S1Evo ultra high-performance tires for maximum traction. Because each wheel is made using an advanced forging process, wheelsandmore was able to keep the weight to a minimum and not affect the overall performance of the car compared to the stock wheel and tire setup.

wheelsandmore also focused on making the Ferrari 599 GTO a better handling car without sacrificing everyday drivability. A new hydraulic suspension system was installed that allows the driver to raise the front suspension by 1.18 inches in order to overcome obstacles such as speed bumps. The rebound and compression of the suspension can also be adjusted to suit different driving styles for optimal handling performance or comfort.

Part of what makes the 599 GTO the fastest Ferrari ever made, according to the automaker, is the 6.0-liter V-12 engine that produces 661 bhp and 460 lb-ft. of torque bone stock. wheelsandmore however, just couldn’t leave that engine alone. The German tuner installed a handcrafted, stainless steel exhaust system with remote-controlled adjustable flaps and an ECU tune designed to accommodate the reduction in backpressure. After the upgrade, the V-12 produced 705 horsepower and 490 lb-ft. of torque.

All of the upgrades from the new 599 GTO wheels to the V-12 engine upgrades are currently available from wheelsandmore. The adjustable hydraulic suspension comes standard with a five-year limited warranty. Pricing has not been released.

One of the most controversial and innovative new models to come from Ferrari is the FF. The Ferrari FF is the first production model from the Italian automaker to use four-wheel drive. This drivetrain, however, has caused quite a stir with Ferrari and automotive enthusiasts alike as some believe that strays from tradition. Ferrari has countered with the belief that the new four-wheel drive system is technologically innovative and advanced; things that have made Ferrari what it is today under Enzo’s leadership in the past.

In the mountains of Madonna di Campiglio, where World Cup downhill alpine ski races are held, Ferrari brought two FF models to be driven in a slalom course by Scuderia Ferrari drivers, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa. Each of the four-seater, four-wheel drive cars were driven by Alonso and Massa down a slalom course to demonstrate the precise grip and handling displayed by each of the Ferrari FF models.

Each Ferrari FF will provide customers with an advanced, lightweight four-wheel drive system that utilizes numerous electronic sensors and controls to constantly monitor and transfer torque to each wheel for outstanding grip. The four-seater is powered by a 660 horsepower V-12 engine mounted front-middle and a rear-mounted transmission to achieve a superb 47/53 front to rear weight distribution ratio.

“It’s incredible how easy it is to drive the FF even on a such a demanding surface and at the same time, how high a performance level you can reach in it,” proclaimed Alonso.

“The most incredible thing about the car is the fact there is no need to compromise maximum performance and useability, whatever the driving environment,” said Massa. “And on top of that, it’s perfect for everyday use with the whole family in the car.”

Owning a Ferrari 458 Italia is quite satisfying, but owning a Ferrari 458 Italia by A Kahn Design is a real treat. The British design house is back at it, this time taking the Prancing Horse to new levels of style and design with two new editions in triple pearl white or Rosso Corsa red.

The new A Kahn Design Ferrari 458 Italia editions are an expression of aerodynamic style, power, and individuality from Afzal Kahn. Both editions in white and red have received a Kahn sports suspension system, matte pearl grey rear diffuser, matte pearl grey side skirts, and red or yellow painted brake calipers depending on the exterior colors. Each model was also fitted with exclusive A Kahn Design wheels with a five double-spoke design. The wheels were installed in a staggered 9 x 21 front and 12 x 22 rear setup for a more athletic stance.

The A Kahn Design Ferrari 458 Italia in Rosso Corsa red will come standard such as carbon fiber driving zone with F1 paddle shifters, AFS lighting, front suspension elevator, LED instrument surround, Bluetooth, navigation, JBL speakers, and Bordeaux stitching and carpets.

The triple pearl white Ferrari 458 Italia features the AFS light system, F1 paddle shifters, navigation, Bluetooth, JBL speakers, LED instrument surround, and Ferrari Scuderia shields as standard. Inside are soft black Nero leather seats, leather headliner and center console, white stitching, and black carpets.

A Kahn Design is currently offering both of the Ferrari 458 Italia editions for sale. Customers can purchase the entire car as a package or opt to customize the interior with the range of A Kahn Design products for an individual look. Pricing has not been released.

The Ferrari F40 is one of the most iconic models to wear the Prancing Horse badge. It was first unveiled in 1987 to celebrate the company’s 40th Anniversary and was the last car to receive approval from Enzo Ferrari.

The most exclusive clients of Ferrari were able to purchase the F40 LM – a race-oriented version with better aerodynamics, more dynamic handling, and a twin-turbocharged V-8 engine capable of producing more than 850 horsepower. Only 17 F40 LM models were produced by Ferrari, making them an ultra-rare and ultra-expensive collector’s item today.

Former Formula One driver, Jacques Lafitte, got behind the wheel when the Ferrari F40 LM was first introduced to try and tame the Italian super car around the track.

The Ferrari SA Aperta was built to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Pininfarina and limited to just 80 units – all of which are already sold. If you were lucky enough to get your hands on the convertible version of the 599, Novitec Rosso has a supercharged upgrade program that will blow your top off for good.

The V-12 engine of the SA Aperta is already more powerful than the original 599, packing 661 horses stock. But, for a true stallion, Novitec Rosso believed that it needed to have an untamed engine. The German tuning company developed a twin-supercharger system for the 6.0-liter V-12 with dedicated water circuit and larger intercooler system. The twin-mechanical supercharger system includes a custom intake manifold, larger fuel injectors, sports air filters, special exhaust manifold, and software optimization program. To reduce backpressure, Novitec Rosso installed an in-house stainless steel exhaust system with 90 mm black-coated tailpipes and butterfly valves to control the sound.

After the supercharger upgrade, the Novitec Rosso Ferrari SA Aperta can produce 888 horsepower at 8,400 RPM and 636 lb-ft. of torque at 6,600 RPM. Power is sent through the six-speed F1 sequential transmission, propelling the drop-top to 62 mph in 3.1 seconds; 124 mph in 9.1 seconds; and to 186 mph in 21.9 seconds. The top speed is also drastically increased to over 211.27 mph.

In order to handle all of the extra power produced by the supercharged V-12 engine, Novitec Rosso had to install an upgraded Ferrari suspension system and lighter wheels. A set of in-house sport springs designed to work with the factory shocks were installed and lower the ride height by 25 mm for better stability at high speeds. A new front-end lift system can also be installed to clear obstacles. New Novitec Rosso NF4 lightweight forged wheels were installed in a staggered fitment for an athletic stance. Measuring 10J x 21 at the front and 12J x 22 at the rear the five double-spoke wheels weigh in at just 22.9 lbs. and 30.4 lbs. respectively. For better grip, the front pair of wheels were fitted with 295/25 ZR 21 Pirelli PZero tires, while the rear was given 335/25 ZR 22s.

Even though the Ferrari SA Aperta is a special edition dedicated to one of Italy’s most prominent and storied design houses, Novitec Rosso added a few of their own design tweaks to the convertible. A new 599 GTO style front spoiler lip was installed to improve cooling and downforce, new side skirts were added, and a more aggressive rear fascia with spoiler and diffuser were fitted for better aerodynamics. All of the exterior lighting was given a black tint to match the matte carbon fiber bodywork added by Novitec Rosso.

The Novitec Rosso Ferrari SA Aperta is currently available to all 80 of the produced cars. Customers can also choose to upgrade the interior with custom-tailored upholstery. Pricing has not been released.

Sometimes the Ford Crown Victorias, or in this case, Nissan Sentra taxis, become boring as they ferry passengers across cities and towns. So, Novitec Rosso and Trident Gum teamed up to make things a bit more exciting for the daily commuter in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Novitec Rosso outfitted one of their blown Ferrari F430 Spyders with the traditional checkered decals and yellow paint and gave passengers the ride of their lives. The Novitec Rosso Ferrari generated a lot of attention and stunned some observers to the point where they became reluctant to go for a ride. The entire setup was put on by Novitec Rosso and Trident to promote the new Twist gum.

We’ll take some gum and a ride!

At the 36th Bologna Motor Show Ferrari unveiled their latest and greatest 599 model that featured modern road and racing technology from the Prancing Horse. The Ferrari 599XX with the new Evolution Package is a technologically advanced and insanely powerful berlinetta for the track-minded Ferrari enthusiast.

The Ferrari 599XX Evolution features a blend of Formula One racing technology that asserts itself as one of the automaker’s most proficient models on the racetrack to date. One of the most intriguing aspects of the 599XX with the Evolution package is the use of an active rear wing. The active aerodynamics is a representation of the new “Opening Gap” concept for Ferrari.

The rear wing is made of two different Formula One-style flaps that are automatically adjusted through the 599XX’s electronics systems to provide optimum downforce depending on a certain maneuver. All of the stability and vehicle performance systems such as ESP, ABS, F1 Trac, etc. are calibrated to work in conjunction with the active aerodynamics. The steering wheel angle, longitudinal and lateral acceleration, and overall vehicle speed are inputted and the aerodynamics are adjusted accordingly. The rear flaps, along with a new front splitter, redesigned large rear diffuser, and side flics of the Ferrari 599XX EVO help generate significant amounts of downforce. When the flaps are in the open position, 726 lbs. (330 kg) of downforce is created at 124 mph. After the flaps are closed, a colossal 968 lbs. (440 kg) is created at the same speed.

As part of the Evolution Package, the 599XX features more power and is also 77 lbs. lighter. Ferrari engineers repositioned the exhausts so that they exit just behind the front fender with a diabolical roar. The addition of the side exhausts helped unleash a few Prancing Horses and increased the total output to 740 horsepower (750 CV) at 9,100 RPM and 516 lb-ft. of torque. The final gear ratio of the Ferrari 599XX Evolution was shortened in order to improve upon acceleration on certain racetracks.

The Ferrari 599XX made its debut at the 2011 Bologna Motor Show alongside the 458 Challenge, AF Corse 458 Italia GT2, and other Ferrari racecars. The technologically advanced Ferrari was able to lap the Fiorano in a mere 1’15”, positioning itself as one of the fastest track-oriented vehicles on the market. The Ferrari 599XX with the Evolution Package will only be available to Ferrari Corse Clienti enrolled in the 2012-2013 season of track-based events.

Anderson Germany has a knack for giving cars the carbon fiber treatment. Their latest creation is a carbon fiber-clad black Ferrari 599. Not only does the V-12 super car receive a host of lightweight carbon upgrades, but it also gets a considerable power boost for better performance.

One of the goals for the Anderson Germany Ferrari 599 was to save weight through the use of carbon fiber. The lightweight material has been used throughout the exterior and replaces the stock side mirrors, skirts, rear diffuser, and rear bumper add-on parts. After the addition of the carbon fiber parts, the Anderson Germany Ferrari 599 was given a full coat of Black Diamond Metallic paint with glossy black and red racing stripes that run the length of the car. Each of the windows and taillights received a dark tint to go along with the exterior color scheme.

Finishing the exterior carbon fiber and black makeover are a new set of wheels and tires. The standard fitment features a set of 9 x 21 three-spike wheels in a glossy black finish with red trim with 245/30 ZR 21 performance tires. Optionally, customers can also order the same wheels in a 12 x 21 size with 345/25 ZR 21 fitment. Peeking through the gloss black wheels are freshly painted red brake calipers.

The 6.0-liter V-12 engine that powers the two-seat Ferrari to otherworldly levels of performance also receives a few upgrades. Anderson Germany has installed a new software tune along with an optimized exhaust system with adjustable flaps. The new upgrades give the engine a boost to 674 horsepower, enabling it to reach 62 mph in just over three seconds and achieve a top speed of over 205 mph.

The interior of the Anderson Germany 599 was given the same carbon fiber treatment as the exterior. The gearshift, window controls, door sills, door handles, and center console were all given new carbon fiber trim. Each of the seats was fitted with new black carbon leather with diamond-stitched quilted red leather inserts.

The carbon fiber black Anderson Germany Ferrari 599 is currently available from the German company. Pricing for the upgrades and individual components were not released.

The newest car to undergo a transformation by DMC Exotic Car Tuning Limited is the Ferrari California. Instead of some flamboyant aero package, the German tuner kept the bodywork to a minimum and focused on creating a thunderous amount of power that turns it into one hot drop-top.

The aerodynamic kit for the DMC 3S Ferrari California is rather subtle. The car was nicknamed “3S” or “Sufista Silver Star” due to the silver carbon fiber that DMC Exotic Car Tuning used to fabricate the body kit. Each piece was designed to conform to the Ferrari California’s design and body shape, and was thoroughly tested in a wind tunnel. The front bumper features a new silver carbon fiber splitter to reduce lift at the front axle. The rear of the California was given a silver carbon fiber diffuser to help keep the car planted on the asphalt and a silver carbon fiber insert was installed on the stock apron.

DMC Exotic Car Tuning also installed a new set of staggered wheels to complement the silver carbon fiber aerodynamic bodywork. The front axle was fitted with a set of ADV1 9J x 21 wheels while the rear was given a pair of 11.5J x 22 wheels with corresponding performance tires.

Although the aerodynamic kit on the DMC Ferrari California 3S is rather quiet in terms of style, the engine is a horsepower monster. The 4.3-liter V-8 engine was fitted with a pair of turbochargers, larger fuel injector nozzles, and a tailor-made crankshaft. The exhaust was also replaced with a full T309 stainless steel unit featuring 200-cell catalytic converters, new X-pipe, and driver-controlled valve system. The result of the modifications is a whopping 598 horsepower, dropping the 0-62 mph acceleration time down to 3.9 seconds and raising the top speed to 202 mph (325 km/h).

The DMC Exotic Car Tuning Ferrari California 3S will be showcased at the Top Marques Macau Show from November 24th to 27th. Pricing and availability of the car and the DMC Ferrari products have not been released.
