Kicherer was founded in 1976 as an Alpina dealership and aftermarket modification company. After receiving much interest with their Mercedes-Benz upgrades, Kicherer shifted their focus towards products for the German Automaker, specifically AMG. Kicherer was sold off to an AMG-partner in 2003, but was then purchased back by the original Kicherer employees who have continued to produce vehicle upgrades specifically designed for Mercedes-Benz automobiles. The company is located in Stockach, Germany and its products are sold on all five continents worldwide.
