Mansory Switzerland refines the Porsche Cayenne Turbo Broad Version

Broad, bold, and beautiful.

At the beginning of 2011 Mansory Switzerland AG, the subsidiary of Mansory, unveiled the Porsche Cayenne Broad Version. The wider SUV was given all sorts of carbon fiber goodies, more horsepower, and a leather and carbon-clad interior. But for the 2011 IAA in Frankfurt, Mansory refined their tuning package.

The Mansory Porsche Cayenne Broad Version follows the same formula as the previous version introduced early in 2011, with lots of polyurethane and autoclave carbon fiber. The front wears a new bumper with enlarged air intakes and integrated LED daytime running lights that give the Cayenne road presence. A naked carbon fiber hood covers the engine and allows hot air to escape with its twin strips of vents. The Cayenne looks stronger due to the widened front and rear fenders that extend the wheelbase by 60 mm in the front and 80 mm in the back. The rear is also given a transformation with new carbon fiber rear spoilers and a revised bumper with integrated exhaust pipes and diffuser.

Filling in the extended wheel arches are new lightweight forged wheels from Mansory. Measuring 10 x 22 with 295/30 R22 tires, the fat-five spoke wheels complete the exterior design while also reducing weight at the wheel hub for better braking, handling, and acceleration performance. To finish off the stance and add a touch of performance, Mansory installed their latest air suspension module that can electronically lower the SUV by up to 45 mm.

The Mansory Cayenne Broad Version is then completed with a new power pack that backs up those wide, muscular carbon fiber exterior looks. The 4.8-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 gains a pair of larger turbochargers, an ECU tune, and stainless steel exhaust system. This pushes output all the way up to 630 horsepower and 590 lb-ft. of torque, helping the SUV accelerate to 62 mph in just 4.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 186 mph.

The Mansory Porsche Cayenne Broad Version is available as a complete kit. Pricing for the package has not been released due to the number of individual options for each customer.
