Here’s Four-Minutes of a Lexus LFA Being Awesome

Burnouts, sounds, and smoke.

It’s hard to believe that seven years ago, the Lexus LFA was announced and unveiled as Lexus/Toyota showcased their new commitment to injecting sport into their model lineups. The LFA was a technological masterpiece and built with unmatched craftsmanship from its carbon fiber-reinforced polymer center monocoque to its glorious V-10 co-developed by Yamaha.

The exotic, F1-style screams can be heard past 9,000 RPM as it speeds to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds and hits a 203-mph top speed. It’s brilliant inside and out.

Years later, the Lexus LFA is still relevant in the exotic car game and the 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed saw one let loose. This monster from Japan sped around, revved its engine, and shredded tires because, well, it can. It looks and sounds absolutely fantastic in the process, and shows us that this car will never just fade into the shadows.
