DMC Exotic Car Tuning Creates the 750+ HP Ferrari F12Berlinetta SIPA

The fastest get faster.

It’s safe to say that the Ferrari F12Berlinetta was one of the most exciting super cars in 2012. The successor to the Ferrari 599 is the fastest Ferrari ever made, and packed with all sorts of technology that puts it at the forefront of the super car market. But thanks to DMC Exotic Car Tuning Limited, the newest super car from Maranello is even faster, more powerful, and even lighter than ever before thanks to the new Ferrari F12Berlinetta SIPA upgrade program.

Starting things off with the F12Berlinetta SIPA is a more potent engine thanks to some lightweight upgrades. The 6.3-liter naturally-aspirated V-12 was outfitted with a titanium exhaust system that bellows with anger at the press of the throttle. The new titanium exhaust not only reduces weight compared to the stock components, but pushes the factory output from 730 horsepower to 754, and pushes the top speed back to almost 217 mph (350 km/h).

Helping the DMC Ferrari F12Berlinetta SIPA reach those speeds is a lightweight aerodynamic body kit that improves both high speed stability and downforce. The carbon fiber kit features a new front splitter that replaces the stock diffuser, while a lightweight carbon fiber hood with ventilation and optional painting helps reduce weight and cool the engine. A new roof scoop creates a more aggressive appearance and a pair of side skirts with diffuser plates optimizes the airflow around the rear axle. A carbon fiber rear spoiler similar to that of the 599XX is worn on the trunk and a diffuser with extended fins work together to help keep the rear axle firmly planted on the asphalt. In terms of styling, DMC Exotic Car Tuning will manufacture new taillights that can be tinted black or in a variety of different colors to accommodate the customer.

But DMC wasn’t finished. The entire chassis was tweaked with a lightweight wheel fitment and new suspension components that sharpen up handling and style. The factory wheels were removed in place of three-piece lightweight forged wheels in a staggered 9.5 x 21 front and 12.0 x 22 rear setup with 255/30 and 335/25 Pirelli sport tires. The wheels can be finished in either the standard Virgin Gold or any other color to match or contrast the exterior paint scheme. Inside the wheel wells are new sport springs that lower the center of gravity and provide more dynamic handling characteristics.

A variety of interior design combinations are available on the F12Berlinetta SIPA with fine Italian leather and carbon fiber. The “small” package includes new leather and carbon fiber trim pieces and buttons, while the “medium” package adds on a new steering wheel. The “VIP” package will redesign the entire interior according to customer wishes and requires that the car be shipped to Germany.

The new DMC Ferrari F12Berlinetta SIPA is currently available from the German company and will ship in April of 2013. All of the body work fits the OEM mounting points and can be removed without damage. Virtually every aspect of the upgrade program can be customized with a variety of colors and finishes to suit any customer’s taste.
