Not your average 996 Turbo.

The 996-generation Porsche 911 was a dramatic change for the German automaker in more ways than one. It took a step forward in the technology department as it ditched the traditional air-cooled design of its engines for water-cooled, and had a more polarizing design. Now, things are about to get even more polarizing with the new pink, blue, and yellow 996 Porsche 911 Turbo by OK-Chiptuning.

Things start off with a tuned version of the 3.6-liter, twin-turbocharged flat-six engine sitting at the rear. The two stock turbochargers were removed and replaced with the larger K-24 turbochargers found in the 996 911 GT2 and aided by a new intercooler system to keep temperatures regulated. A larger fuel pump, 5-BAR fuel pressure regulator, and bigger injectors, along with an ECU tune helps to accommodate the increase in boost pressure and power. A new 70-mm performance exhaust system optimizes backpressure and a Sachs-Performance clutch helps to transfers power. All in all, the modifications add up to a total of 650 horsepower and 553 lb-ft. of torque, making the 911 GT2 seem a bit boring.

But if you look at the 911 Turbo by OK-Chiptuning, you’re not likely to notice the power output right away. Instead your eyes will be drawn to the outlandish wrap from Cam Shaft Premium Car Wrapping that makes the 996 stand out in either a good or bad way. The Tricolor-Design sports all three vibrant colors along with a few logos to show onlookers that this 996 Turbo is not stock at all.

Move past the wrap, and you’ll notice the new chassis setup. OK-Chiptuning opted for a set of 19-inch, concave TechArt five-spoke wheels and took them to AG-Rim Finishing for a pink powder coating. A set of 235/35-19 and 305/30-19 tires were installed after the powder coating was applied and completes the wild color scheme. The suspension was upgraded with a KW Variant 3 coilover system to improve handling even more on the super car. Finishing off the exterior transformation is a TechArt rear spoiler that helps to create a bit more downforce. Inside, passengers are treated to sporty Recaro Pole Position seats that hold occupants in place.

The new OK-Chiptuning 996 Porsche 911 Turbo shows the capabilities of the German company and all of the components are currently available. The exterior car foiling costs about 2,600 Euros, while the powder coating for the wheels runs about 800 Euros.
