Because more power just seemed right.
The team at O.CT Tuning in Germany has been making sports cars go faster since 1985 using innovative software and hardware, especially supercharger systems. The latest to go under the knife was the Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4, and it got quite the upgrade in the power department.
Visuals weren’t the focus here for O.CT Tuning, and it doesn’t even matter after starting up the 5.2-liter V-10 engine. The supercharger specialists developed and installed a full compressor system to force-feed the once naturally-aspirated V-10 with loads of air while optimizing intake and exhaust gas flow.
The new O.CT800 supercharger system sucks in air, compresses it, and works with a new software tune to produce more power than ever imaginable in standard form for the Huracán. A new exhaust system not only optimizes backpressure, but sheds 44 lbs. of weight for better overall vehicle performance. New staggered 9.0 x 20 front and 12.5 x 21 rear concave wheels help provide a bigger footprint for improved grip.
In the end, the new O.CT800 Supercharged Lamborghini Huracán produces an incredible 805 horsepower and 597 lb-ft. of torque. With that kind of power reaching all four wheels, the 0-62 mph acceleration time was dropped to just 2.5 seconds while the sprint to 124 mph takes just 8.3 seconds. Top speed is in excess of 200 mph.
The new O.CT Tuning Lamborghini Huracán O.CT Supercharger kit is currently available and can also be installed on the Audi R8 V10 models as well.
