Another case of another idiot hurting others while trying to show off.
On August 27th in Kallang Leisure Park, an 18-year-old Nissan GT-R driver was showing off to his friends and smashed into a Toyota Corolla just driving along, obeying traffic laws. Yet again we have another idiot driver trying to show off only to result in a pretty serious accident with injuries.
The 18-year-old was speeding and accelerating at unsafe speeds at 6:30 pm when the GT-R hit a Toyota Corolla being driven by a 65-year-old man who sustained rib injuries. The Nissan GT-R driver was arrested, his license immediately suspended, and the GT-R impounded as a result of the accident.
While the accident could’ve easily been much, much worse, it still destroyed a Toyota Corolla and injured an innocent man all because the driver had to show off. That’s it. Nothing more, noting less.
Just stop being stupid. There’s tracks for you to show off where innocent people won’t be harmed and receive damage to their property because you need others to see just how cool and talented you are. Be smart and follow the freaking laws, folks.
