Senner’s supercharged sedan.
The A5 is one of Audi’s most popular models and spawned a number of variants ranging from the cabriolet to the sportback. Customers that want the best performance are limited to the RS5 Coupe, as there is no cabriolet or sportback version. Senner Tuning has taken steps to change that and has given the Audi S5 Sportback the heart of an RS5.
The supercharged 3.0-liter V-6 under the hood of the Senner Tuning S5 Sportback offers drivers quite a bit more than the stock 333 horsepower. Thanks to a performance air filter kit, software upgrade, and exhaust system with muffler, cross pipe, and 90 x 70 mm quad exhaust pipes, the total output is pushed to an RS5-rivaling 445 horsepower and 390 lb-ft. of torque.
All 445 horses are put to the road through Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system and a new wheel and tire combination. Senna Elegant TS-7 wheels with a Diamond Polish Black and anodized finish have been fitted in a staggered 9.5 x 20 front and 11 x 20 rear setup. For added grip, Senner Tuning has installed 255/30 R20 front and 295/25 R20 rear Continental Contisport Contact tires. The entire S5 Sportback also sits 40 mm lower at the front and 35 mm at the rear due to the adjustable Bilstein B16 PSS10 suspension upgrade.
The exterior receives a few subtle upgrades that differentiate the Sportback from other S5 models. The front wears a matte black grille with a glossy border. The same glossy black color is worn by the fog light frames and stock chrome window frames.
Inside Senner Tuning has added a few sport-oriented goodies. A new carbon fiber trim set and tachometer give the S5 Sportback a fresh new look compared to the standard model.
The Senner Tuning Audi S5 Sportback conversion is currently on sale for € 15,000 (+/- 20,500 USD). Individual product prices have not been released.
