A new set of shoes for the boxy AMG.

Some of the biggest and baddest Mercedes-Benz models of all-time are the AMG-powered G-Glass off-road SUVs. The fact that they were originally designed to be military vehicles says it all. These monsters can pretty much go anywhere and do anything, but are always right at home on the asphalt as well, especially with a set of Vorsteiner VSR-163 Monoblock forged wheels.

The high-performance variant of the luxury off-road SUV boasts a stout 5.5-liter hand-built V-8 engine strapped with two turbochargers. A total of 537 horsepower and 561 lb-ft. of torque is sent to all four wheels and makes the G 63 AMG one hell of a fast, luxury box.

The square, classic shape of the Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG made it the perfect candidate for a new set of Vorsteiner VSR-163 Monoblock forged wheels. The ten-spoke design perfectly meshes with the right-angled body lines and straightforward design language of the high-performance SUV.

The lightweight Vorsteiner VSR-163 Monoblock forged wheels were installed on the black G 63 AMG in a large 12.0 x 22 size with a dark Matte Shadow Brushed finish at the front and rear. A new set of 205/35/22 Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires takes away the off-road grip and prowess of the SUV, but allows it to showcase its power on the roadways.

With its new Vorsteiner VSR-163 Monoblock forged wheels, this Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG shows why boxy is beautiful.
