For years, Prior Design has been working with high-end European sports cars, luxury cars, and exotics, adding in all sorts of widebody and aerodynamic body work to create a powerful presence. Up until now, these upgrades have been reserved for the Germans, Italians, and other Europeans but the new C7 Chevrolet Corvette has changed that.
The new Prior Design PDR700 Widebody Aerodynamic kit for the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray instantly adds a commanding presence to the American sports car. Front the front to the rear, the power and performance of the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is shown through the body kit with its extended and widened body kit.
The new Prior Design PDR700 body kit for the Chevrolet Corvette starts out with a large-and-in-charge front bumper with cup wings and add-on spoiler to generate all sorts of downforce and intimidate with its silver mesh and vertical lines. New front fenders with larger vents help keep hot air from accumulating in the brakes and seamlessly mesh with the new side skirts to visually lower the sports car.
At the rear of the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, the PDR700 boasts large rear fenders that emphasize the car’s rear-wheel drive layout. The final touch is a new diffuser that incorporates the centrally-mounted quad exhaust outlets and squares up the shape of the rear.
In addition to the visual transformation, Prior Design can also add on a set of their PD1 or PD2 wheels that come in at a 9.0 x 20 ET 40 front and 10.5 x 20 ET 40 rear staggered setup to fill in the extended fenders. A new suspension kit that lowers the overall ride height and exhaust system is also available to bump up performance. Customers also have the option of tailoring the entire interior to their tastes with a variety of materials and colors.
The new Prior Design PDR700 Corvette Stingray is currently available as an entire package or with individual accessories. The new kit fits all C7-generation Corvette Stingray models.
