The Novitec Rosso N-Largo F12Berlinetta is a Widebody Monster

Taking up 205 mm of the road.

The Ferrari F12Berlinetta is easily one of the fastest and most powerful automobiles you can buy today. Unless you step up to its hybrid LaFerrari sibling, then it doesn’t really get much better. Well, the team at Novitec Rosso has made it much better with their new N-Largo F12Berlinetta widebody package and upgrade program.

The width of the supercar now covers a total of 205 mm from side-to-side, thanks to the new Novitec Rosso N-Largo widebody kit. The new widebody aerodynamic kit extends the front axle by 6 cm at the front and 11 cm at the rear. Novitec Rosso took to the wind tunnel with the new N-Largo F12Berlinetta and made all the components from lightweight carbon fiber to keep weight to a minimum in the name of performance.

The front fascia of the N-Largo F12Berlinetta wears a new center front blade that reduces lift, a carbon fiber grille, and a new hood with scoops on the left and right along with a central air deflector that optimizes aerodynamic efficiency. The extended front fenders feature an hour-glass shape and sport an air vent to reduce the heat created by the carbon ceramic brakes. A pair of carbon fiber side skirts visually lowers the height and reduces drag towards the rear, and is complemented by new carbon fiber mirrors in the A-pillars.

The Ferrari F12Berlinetta gets even more intimidating at the rear with the newly extended fenders. The 11 cm wider fenders boast integrated air intakes and vents to redirect cool air to the high-performance braking system. The Novitec Rosso N-Largo F12Berlinetta features a rear bumper that was redesigned to accommodate for the widened track. The bumper incorporates a five-piece diffuser to optimize high-speed stability along with central fog light and black-tinted taillights. Above the bumper sits a large spoiler to generate downforce and a subtle roof spoiler that aids in redirecting air.

The N-Largo F12Berlinetta and its wider fenders allowed for the use of bigger wheels. The German tuner opted for a staggered set of custom-tailored NF5 NL three-piece forged wheels with a five double-spoke design and an extreme concave design to add some visual muscle. The fenders up front house a set of 9.5J x 21 wheels while a staggered set of 12J x 22 wheels sit inside the rear fenders. Pirelli P Zero high performance tires measuring 255/30 ZR 21 and 335/25 ZR 22 helps put all the power to the asphalt.

Allowing the wheels to sit flush with the new Novitec Rosso N-Largo bodywork is a new set of sport spring and front-end lift system. The springs lower the ride height by a total of 40 mm and improve handling dynamics even further than the stock model. An optional lift system can raise the front axle by 40 mm to overcome obstacles with ease at the push of a button.

The muscular bodywork and extended axles required Novitec Rosso to upgrade the Ferrari F12Berlinetta’s mighty 6.3-liter V-12 engine. The team installed a new high-performance quad exhaust system with optional remote-controlled butterfly valve that optimizes backpressure along with a new ECU software tune to push output all the way up to 781 horsepower at 8,600 RPM and 532 lb-ft. of torque at 6,400 RPM, sending the supercar to a top speed of 217 mph.
