Bring the boom.

It’s always fun to tap into the potential hidden in twin-turbocharged, high-cylinder engines and watch the fireworks erupt in the form of rubber smoking on the pavement. That’s exactly what Vaeth did with the Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG S with their new high-performance V 63 RS Export upgrade program, and boy does it fly.

The factory 577 horsepower output from the 5.5-liter, twin-turbocharged M157 V-8 engine is nothing to balk at for the German super sedan. The Vaeth V 63 RS Export, however is just phenomenal. The German tuners added on new in-house-designed turbochargers, an oil cooling system, and downpipes before individually tuning the ECU system. Customers can also order a fuel cooler for even better overall performance from the engine. That’s all good for a mind-bending 750 horsepower and 738 lb-ft. of torque for the all-wheel drive monster. Top speed is also pushed back far into supercar territory with the Vaeth V 63 RS Export topping out at 220 mph with a proper set of tires. For those that don’t need to move the earth, there’s also a 680 horsepower version available as well.

The job of handling all that power falls on the new set of forged wheels and a dropped suspension that also creates a superb stance. Three-piece Vaeth wheels with tinted centers measure 9.0 x 20 up front and a staggered 11.0 x 20 at the rear, wearing 265/30 ZR20 and 305/25 ZR20 tires, respectively to generate loads of grip. Bringing the ride height down by 40 mm are optional coilovers and springs at the front axle and an electronic lowering adaptation for the rear for a better center of gravity. In order to improve stopping power, a set of racing brake pads were fitted and Castrol SRF racing brake fluid was pumped through the braided stainless steel lines.

With the incredible top speeds the Vaeth V 63 RS Export is capable of achieving, it was necessary to create new aerodynamic upgrades that could stabilize the AMG model. Up front, a carbon fiber front spoiler helps to reduce lift while a rear carbon fiber diffuser with large fins keeps the rear axle planted.

Inside, Vaeth can give the Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG S model a full carbon fiber trim that can be optionally tinted any color for some extra Euros. A sports steering wheel in leather, carbon, or wood helps the driver control all 750 horsepower while a speedometer extension up to 360 km/h (220 mph) proudly displays the car’s speed.

The new Vaeth V 63 RS Export upgrade program for the Mercedes-Benz E 63 AMG S model is currently available as a complete package or as individual accessories. The full engine upgrade program is available for 24,740 Euros while other upgrades are available and priced individually.
