Here’s 1,200-HP of G-Power BMW M3 and M4 Fun!

BMW’s performance pair gets serious.

The BMW M3 and M4 might have two different names, but are very similar visually and beneath their skin. That’s why the team at G-Power was able to develop two almost identical tuning packages for both sports cars that make them into a 1,200-horsepower pair.

G-Power BMW M3 and M4

G-Power started with the twin-turbocharged 3.0-lliter inline-six cylinders in the BMW M3 and M4. Here, the force-fed motor was equipped with larger and lighter turbine wheels and larger compressor wheels that improve throttle response, and are sitting inside CNC-machined flow-optimized housings. The exhaust gas flow is further optimized on the German sports cars thanks to bigger downpipes without catalytic converters (export only), paired with a lightweight titanium exhaust with carbon fiber encased tailpipes.

G-Power then gave the BMW M3 and M4 their Bi-Tronik 2 V3 module with customized control parameters that pushes output to 600 horsepower at 6,500 RPM and 576 lb-ft. of torque from 4,000 to 5,500 RPM. That’s enough to send it to 62 mph from rest in just 3.7 seconds and reach a top speed over 199 mph.

While the two wünder twins are hunting super cars at triple-digit speeds, G-Power’s chassis upgrades are securing them to the asphalt. The in-house GM4-RS coilover suspension gives drivers the ability to adjust bound, rebound, and ride height for the perfect setup for any given situation. Leaving their mark on the pavement are 245/30 R21 and 295/25 R21 high-performance tires on black-finished G-Power Hurricane RR lightweight forged wheels that measure 9.0 x 21 up front and 10.5 x 21 at the rear.

A custom, motorsport-inspired carbon fiber aerodynamic kit also gives the BMW M3 and M4 some serious downforce. The front fascia is dominated by a new RS spoiler and CS splitter that reduces lift and improves cooling. At the rear, new G-Power CS diffusers are installed and integrate the new titanium exhaust while the BMW M4 can be outfitted with a CS spoiler to keep that butt planted on the road.

Both G-Power upgrade programs are currently available for both the F80 BMW M3 and F82 BMW M4 as a complete package or individual accessories.
