The Ferrari F12Berlinetta undergoes the Novitec Rosso Treatment

Novitec Rosso Ferrari F12Berlinetta

The first of its kind.

The Ferrari F12Berlinetta came on to the world’s super car stage and threw down some pretty incredible numbers ranging from its 730 horsepower engine to its 3.1-second 0-62 mph time, all wrapped up in some pretty incredible sheet metal. And now all that is even better thanks to the new, first-ever Novitec Rosso F12Berlinetta upgrade program that has more power and style than ever before.

We’re used to seeing all-out engine upgrades including potent supercharger systems on Ferraris from Novitec Rosso, but the Ferrari F12 upgrade is a bit different. The inside of the engine was not altered in any way by the German tuner but quite a bit of performance was still added, making us wonder what kind of crazy supercharger upgrade they may have up their sleeve at a later date for the new super car.

The 6.3-liter V-12 engine now benefits from a new exhaust system with butterfly valves can be altered via a switch on the steering wheel to alter the sound of the super car. A thorough ECU tune helps to modify the ignition, timing, injection, throttle response, and pushes the redline back all the way to 8,900 RPM. This also helps boost output up to 763 horsepower at 8,500 RPM and 518 lb-ft. of torque at 6,300 RPM and reduce the acceleration time, while pushing back top speed to over 345 km/h (214 mph).

Putting all of that power to the ground are two new lightweight forged wheel options from Novitec Rosso. The Ferrari F12Berlinetta can be fitted with forged NF4 wheels with five double-spokes in a staggered 9.5J x 21 front and 12J x 22 rear fitment with 255/30 ZR 21 and 335/25 ZR 22 Pirelli high-performance tires. In addition, the super car can also be equipped with NF3 three-piece, five double-spoke wheels with a polished outer flange in the same size. The German tuner also allows for custom-tailored color schemes that include carbon-wrapping. The lightweight wheels can be complemented by a set of sport springs that lower the center of gravity by 40 mm for more dynamic handling and paired up with a front-axle lift system that raises the ride height by 40 mm to clear obstacles. Once the car reaches speeds of 80 km/h, the system automatically lowers to the original height.

The new Novitec Ferrari F12Berlinetta can be outfitted with all sorts of custom-tailored leather, alcantara, carbon fiber, and more in the cabin to create a unique atmosphere that’s comfortable or sports-oriented. New black-tinted taillights or side markets can be added to the exterior as well.

Pricing for the new Novitec Rosso F12Berlinetta has not been released, but it will be available as a complete package and as individual accessories for the new super car. We expect the German tuner to offer a more complete engine upgrade along with aerodynamic upgrades in the future, so stay tuned!
