Talk about a launch!
The 2016 SEMA Show in Las Vegas played home to quite a range of aftermarket companies showing off their latest and greatest, trying to steal the spotlight. But the biggest name there belonged to racing legend, Emerson Fittipaldi, who made an appearance for the re-launch of Fittipaldi Wheels. Proudly on display for the event alongside the icon was a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale with a new set of dazzling Fittipaldi FSF01 forged wheels.
The hardcore version of the Gallardo was the perfect vehicle to show off at the re-launch of Fittipaldi Wheels at SEMA. The limited-edition Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale is lighter and modified to essentially be a road-going version of the Super Trofeo race cars used in the one-make racing series. The motorsport-inspired super car is exactly what a racing legend would have parked in their garage.
The new Fittipaldi FSF01 forged wheels proved to be right at home on this Rosso Mars Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale at SEMA. The FSF01 wheels are made from forged aerospace-grade aluminum alloy that creates a dense structural makeup, allowing less material to be used to achieve a given strength. The result is a low-weight wheel that can handle the intense stress of high-performance driving, better overall performance, and unmatched durability.
The Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale show car put the Fittipaldi FSF01 forged wheels on full display. The 9.0 x 20 +32 front and 11.0 x 20 +30 rear setup matched the exotic racing character of the V-10 super car thanks to the complex spoke design that creates a five-pointed star in the center. It’s an eye-catching, yet completely functional wheel for those that demand performance.
