Giving BMW’s new coupe a new fitment.
The new BMW M3 and M4 are the newest and biggest models from the German automaker and look to continue the platform’s performance legacy. The pair are just starting to hit the streets and the team at SR Auto Group was able to get their hands on a new Sakhir Orange Metallic M4 to work their magic.
The Canadian-based company wasted little time and gave the new German sports coupe a fresh, new fitment with a set of PUR 4OUR.SP monoblock wheels. Performance is the name of the game with the M4 and the aerospace-quality 6061-T6 aluminum construction with special side-pocketing helps to provide a high-strength wheel that reduces unsprung weight where it matters – at the wheel hub.
The rear-wheel drive BMW M4 makes an impressive 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft. of torque with its 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged inline-six engine. The new PUR 4OUR.SP monoblock wheels are more than up to the task of handling the power output and stresses generated on the track. As an added benefit, they also look dynamic and perfectly fit the M4’s design language.
Each of the new PUR 4OUR.SP wheels was given a Euro Silver finish that adds some contrast without taking away from the overall look of the sports car. The front features a pair of PUR 4OUR.SP wheels in a 9.0 x 20 setup with a slight concave. The rear axle features a more aggressively concaved pair of 10.5 x 20s that emphasize the M4’s width and rear-wheel drive layout.
