Jaguar injected some life and adrenaline back into its lineup with the new F-Type model range. Right off the bat, the F-Type models were a huge success and even took home the 2013 ‘World Car Design of the Year’ award.
On November 19th, things are going to get even more exciting for Jaguar. Prior to the Los Angeles Auto Show and Tokyo Motor Show, the British automaker will be unveiling the new F-Type Coupe at a Los Angeles VIP customer and media event.
“The excitement generated when we revealed the C-X16 concept was terrific; so to now be on the cusp of what I can assure you will be a drama-filled reveal event in Los Angeles for F-Type Coupe is a very significant moment,” said Ian Callum, Director of Design, Jaguar. “We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive reaction to the F-Type Convertible, but for me the purity of creating a sports Coupe is a uniquely satisfying process – and I know that both visually and dynamically, F-Type Coupe raises the bar yet again.”
The all-aluminum Jaguar F-Type Coupe is expected to have the same engine lineup as its convertible counterpart, but with slightly better overall performance. You can check out the unveiling via the Jaguar’s webcast on November 19th at 7:00 PM (PST)/ 10:00 PM (EST).
