People will tell you that everything happens for a reason, and that people and things are brought together through incredible circumstances for specific intentions. Chris Collins and Keith Ferguson are a perfect example of how paths can cross and change lives forever.
Chris and Keith met in the parking lot of a BestBuy while Chris was driving his Lamborghini Aventador. Keith, who was awe-inspired by the car, was given the chance to sit inside and loved every minute of it. After another chance encounter at the hospital, the two became friends with Chris inviting Keith and his mother over to sit in his Lamborghini Aventador, Ferrari 458 Spider, and Acura NSX.
Keith isn’t your average car enthusiast. After having an aneurism and artic dissection, Keith was left with a brain injury. He has since fallen into cardiac arrest numerous times, but keeps on fighting with smiles and a thumbs up that’s enough to brighten anyone’s day.
So, after Chris gave Keith the VIP treatment behind the wheel of his super cars, he arranged to meet up with his mother and take them all out to dinner for Keith’s favorite meal – pancakes. Chris brought along his Lamborghini Aventador Roadster and his friend drove his McLaren as they revved, sped, and smiled all the way to dinner.
After they stuffed themselves full of pancakes, Chris got to ride in the McLaren and go for a few power slides that put a gigantic smile on his face.
At the end of the day, Chris finally understood his desire since he was a kid to own a Lamborghini. Others criticized his dreams but it was finally realized when he met Keith and the two became friends.
