The new DMC Ferrari F12Berlinetta SIPA Gets Crazy

F12Berlinetta SIPA

Making you forget about the LaFerrari and its awful name.

Earlier this year, DMC Exotic Car Tuning announced their new Ferrari F12Berlinetta upgrade program, named “SIPA”. Early on, the details were a bit light and we only had a few select images of what to expect. Now, things are getting pretty official as we have some big-time specs and fantastic pictures of the transformation to boot. The new F12Berlinetta SIPA is guaranteed to get your mind off of that new LaFerrari hyper car for some time because the most powerful full-on gasoline model just got faster.

The new Ferrari F12Berlinetta SIPA doesn’t need any sort of hybrid system to get crazy power figures. The naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter V-12 engine churns out 730 horsepower in stock form, which made it the most powerful car from Maranello at the time of its unveiling. Well, DMC Exotic Car Tuning was able to get even more power out of that V-12 through the use of a lightweight titanium exhaust system that provides a downright ferocious sound and pushes output all the way up to 754 horsepower. This helps top speed go from the factory 211 mph to 217 mph.

With the 6.2-liter now churning out even more power than before, DMC wanted to upgrade the wheels and suspension to handle all 754 ponies. The factory suspension was modified with a set of new sport springs that lower the center of gravity and optimize the weight ratio of the super car. The DMC team then opted for a set of ultra-lightweight forged three-piece alloy wheels available in Virgin Gold, Brushed Allow and Black, or a custom finish to create an eye-catching stance. The five split-spoke wheels were installed in a 9.5 x 21 front and 12.0 x 22 rear fitment with 255/30 and 335/25 Pirelli Sport tires.

A carbon fiber aerodynamic body kit differentiates the F12Berlinetta SIPA even more from the standard model rolling off the factory line in Maranello. The rear is outfitted with a 599XX-style spoiler and diffuser combination with the latter sporting large fins that keep the rear planted. All of the rear lights can also be tinted in a variety of colors to match or contrast the super car’s exterior color scheme. The front wears a more aggressive face thanks to an extended lip splitter and a carbon fiber hood with unpainted center. A pair of side skirts with diffuser plates optimizes aerodynamics even further and an optional roof scoop creates a high-speed style.

The finishing touch for the F12Berlinetta SIPA is an interior refinement program that comes in three different packages. The small package features new buttons and trims; the medium stage features the aforementioned and a new steering wheel; and the VIP package includes an entire redesign of the interior. Full leather and carbon fiber accessories are also available as part of the interior programs.

The new DMC Ferrari F12Berlinetta SIPA includes OEM-quality parts that can be easily removed to return the super car to stock form. The upgrade program can be ordered as an entire package or as individual accessories.
