TechArt has been playing around with the Porsche 911 Turbo before the big Geneva International Auto Show in March. They have all sorts of aerodynamics, styling, chassis upgrades, and interior refinements prepared for the German supercar. Now, they’re focusing on the 911 Turbo S and its potent twin-turbocharged engine with the new TechArt Power Kit TA 091/T1.1, that ups power even more.

The new 991-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S is an impressive feat of engineering. Its stock 3.8-liter, twin-turbocharged flat-six engine churns out a whopping 560 horsepower and 516 lb-ft. of torque (553 lb-ft. with overboost) thanks to a pair of snails working alongside some advanced technology. That makes the all-wheel drive 911 really fast. But now TechArt has made it even faster thanks to their TechArt Power Kit TA 091/T1.1.

Based on the advanced TechArt TechTronic engine management system, the new Power Kit TA 091/T1.1 is a quick and easy way to gain more power through the push of a button. The new kit can be installed easily and removed quickly at any time, and alters the electronic power management software to reliably create a thunderous amount of power. All this comes without affecting diagnostics, servicing, or protection features. The TechArt Power Kit TA 091/T1.1 can also be combined with the TechArt Exhaust System Sport with valve control that can open up the vocal chords with the push of a button.

The quick and simple TechArt Power Kit TA 091/T1.1 pushes output to a whopping 620 horsepower at 6,000 RPM and 612 lb-ft. of torque from 2,500 to 5,000 RPM. The system also utilizes the overboost function in the 911 Turbo S, and can up torque to 649 lb-ft. from 2,800 to 4,200 RPM when the car is in Sport- and Sport Plus mode. The system activated by pushing the Sport- or Sport Plus button on the center console, giving drivers greater amounts of power and control.
