The Piecha Design W207 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe/Cabriolet

Piecha Design W207

What better way to celebrate 30 years than with a new Mercdes-Benz E Class?

Piecha Design is celebrating its 30th year anniversary this year and what better way to ring in the big “3-0” than with a new upgrade program for the W207 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet? The new Piecha Design W207 upgrade program for the E-Class Coupe or Cabriolet offers an exclusive touch for the non-AMG models and more aggressive styling.

The new Piecha Design W207 features an all-new aerodynamic body kit that generates additional downforce and also gives the two-door E-Classes a muscular appearance. The front of each car wears an RS spoiler flap to reduce lift at the front axle and matches the sharp-angled appearance of the E-Class. Piecha Design opted to not install new side sills and instead fitted a new LED illumination system with four LED units on each side.

The most noticeable upgrades in the Piecha Design W207 E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet are at the rear. The German tuner installed a new RS three-piece spoiler flap along with an RS diffuser with long underbody fins that are also available in carbon fiber. Customers can also chose between a dual steel exhaust tip system or quad exhaust tips that are welded to the stock shock absorber.

The finishing touch for the exterior are two different wheel and tire combinations from Piecha Design. The featured wheels are the MP1 Monoblock models that can be fitted in a 8.5 x 19 front and 9.5 x 19 rear sizes with 225/35/19 or 235/35/19 front and 255/30/19 or 275/30/19 rear tires. The other wheels that are available as part of the Piecha Deisgn W207 is the DP2 Phantom full drop center models in the same sizes as the MP1 wheels. The cover plates for the DP2 Phantoms are made of high-grade steel and can be finished in satin black or high-gloss silver. Each wheel fitment can also be accentuated with 24 to 40 mm spacers for each axle and upgraded suspension that lowers the car by 30 mm.

In terms of performance, Piecha Design offers a “CS”-RC Power Converter for the E-Class models (non-AMG). The converter helps to improve the throttle response, improve the shift times, and reduce acceleration times for the all of the engine variants. For the Cabriolet model, customers can order a comfort vario roof module that allows for the top to be deployed at speeds up to 40 km/h and offers a one-touch operation feature.

The Piecha Design W207 upgrade program for the E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet is currently available. Customers can order individual upgrades or the package as a whole for the W207-generation models. Pricing has not been released.
