A fresh look for the bull.
At the 2012 Paris Motor Show Lamborghini unveiled their refreshed Gallardo LP560-4 model and the LP570-4 Edizione Tecnica to celebrate the super car’s final year of production. Since it was first introduced in 2003, the car has been wildly successful and spanned two model generations. Things have come a long way from the 2004-2008 first-generation models with the 5.0-liter V-10, and the team and DMC Exotic Car Tuning understands that some owners may be looking for a bit of an update, especially after the newest model was unveiled in Paris.
The new SOHO Lamborghini Gallardo upgrade package for the first-generation models is more than just some redesigned plastic or fiberglass; it’s a full CFK carbon fiber program that gives the Italian super car a sharp, aggressive look.
The SOHO Gallardo upgrade starts out with a full carbon fiber front bumper with larger air intakes similar to that of the second-generation model, but with a more aggressive and sharper design. As air flows down the side of the car it’s met by new carbon fiber mirrors that wear a sharper, more aerodynamic shape and new skirts that help optimize airflow around the rear wheels. The rear benefits from a more powerful diffuser set that helps reduce lift at the rear axle for better high-speed handling dynamics and stability.
Although the highlight of the DMC SOHO Gallardo kit is the refreshed exterior design, the German company also offers a new interior upgrade program with fine leather and carbon fiber so that the cabin reflects the updated looks of the body.
This featured Gallardo with the SOHO package was also fitted with new wheels from SR Auto Group and taken out in the snow by its owner to test out that all-wheel drive and V-10.
