McChip-DKR has quite a bit of experience with Mercedes-Benz AMG performance vehicles. They’ve transformed the C63 AMG before into the 660 horsepower, supercharged “Dominator” with its camouflaged covered exterior. Now they’re turning things up even more with the new Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG mc8xx and its outrageous engine upgrade.
The hell-raising M156, naturally-aspirated V-8 engine from AMG is going the way of the dinosaurs but McChip-DKR is making sure it goes out with a huge bang. The 6.2-liter engine was equipped with a new supercharger system with optimized air intake, manifold pressure augmentation, and new compressor gear, along with a new software ECU tune to ensure it all runs in hellish harmony. To handle the added power, a new XXL water cooler, larger oil cooler, and bigger water pump for the charge air system were fitted on the McChip-DKR Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG mx8xx. That all equates to a sinister, never-get-traction 830 horsepower and 612 lb-ft. of torque.
It seems impossible, but putting all 830 ponies to the pavement is handled by a new set of OZ Racing Superleggera wheels that measure a massive 10.0 x 19 up front and 11.0 x 19 at the rear with corresponding high-performance tires. A new Drexler differential lock also does its job in trying to limit wheel spin, but with 830 horsepower, there is only so much that can be done. Behind the new Superleggera wheels sit high-performance brake discs with new pads to ensure the German super sedan can come to a complete stop quickly. Completing the fitment is a new of KW Clubsport suspension that ensures the AMG can handle in any situation as well.
The new McChip-DKR Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG mc8xx also looks the part of German Übersedan as well. A new body kit inspired by its hardcore C63 AMG Black Series sibling was fitted to visually showcase that power, aid in cooling, and add some downforce. Both the front and rear bumpers were replaced with more aggressive units with carbon fiber splitters, diffusors, and flics. A new hood with dual air outlets helps to dissipate heat and keep the supercharger cool at speed. Both the front and rear fenders were extended for that dynamic widebody look and connected by a new set of side skirts. Carbon fiber comes in the form of new side mirrors and other aerodynamics to add a touch of contrast to the newly painted Audi Ibis White exterior.
With 830 horsepower, the McChip-DKR Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG mc8xx seems like the pinnacle of performance tuning for the German sedan. However, McChip-DKR still has the even more potent mc9xx stage in development that will be the king of all their C63 AMG tuning stages.
