Make a Statement with the Fourth-Gen TechArt Magnum

TechArt Magnum Porsche Cayenne

Over 1,200 sold.

The Cayenne has been an incredibly successful SUV for Porsche. The model has spanned four generations and TechArt has been there every step of the way with their Magnum conversion. With over 1,200 TechArt Magnums built worldwide, the new fourth-generation upgrade program looks to build on its predecessor’s success even more.

The TechArt Magnum based on the Porsche Cayenne makes no apologies for its looks. It’s big, in-your-face, and represents power and performance through an aerodynamically-shaped body kit. Carbon fiber and other high-quality, durable materials were designed and built with OEM-quality precision to ensure a seamless fitment.

Up front, the TechArt Magnum features a gigantic new bumper with integrated center splitter, front spoiler, “airframe” intakes, and daytime running lights. The new bumper visually lowers the height of the SUV and gives it an imposing stance as it merges into the extended wheel arches and side skirts. A new carbon fiber Aero Engine Lid sits above and features two new air outlets to reduce temperatures in the engine compartment.

Sitting at the rear of the TechArt Magnum is a new apron with air outlets sporting a similar design to the front “airframes” for better brake cooling. A rear diffuser sits below alongside new TechArt sport tailpipes with a dual carbon fiber and stainless steel construction. A new hatch spoiler and roof spoiler combo generates a bit of downforce and adds to the overall flashy character of the SUV.

Beneath that hood lies a range of upgrade programs for the Cayenne S Diesel and Turbo engines. TechArt power kits increase power by 35 horsepower for the S Diesel (TA058/SD1), 80 horsepower for the Turbo (TA058/T1) and 180 horsepower for the Turbo (TA058/T2).

In the top-dog of the group, the TechArt Magnum Cayenne Turbo utilizes the TA058/T2 power kit along with new TechArt turbochargers with more boost pressure and responsiveness, optimized cooling, sport air filters, and high-performance exhaust. This results in a total of 700 horsepower and 678 lb-ft. of torque available in two stages. In normal operation, 640 horsepower is available under full throttle. In the Sport mode, a full 700 horsepower is on tap from 5,400 to 6,000 RPM with 678 lb-ft. of torque from 4,400 RPM. That’s good for a 0-62 time of 4.1 seconds and a 183 mph top speed.

The TechArt Magnum also has quite the stance to go along with its confident attitude. A range of suspension upgrades are available including the featured TechArt Air Suspension module Sport with Automatic Parking Level function that reduces the ride height upon parking for an impressive visual at rest. Massive new 22-inch TechArt Formula IV lightweight wheels with a five-double-spoke design can be custom-tailored in any finish along with color-matched brake calipers.

Inside, the TechArt Magnum can be fitted with a huge range of materials by the in-house leather shop for a completely individual look. Each interior is hand crafted with a variety of accessories from the pedals to the headliner.
