The bull gets a new look.

The Lamborghini Gallardo is the most successful model in the Italian automaker’s history. Since its release in 2003, over 13,000 models have been sold worldwide. The Gallardo is due for a redesign and there is one in the pipeline, but the company isn’t ready to give up on its iconic model just yet.

At the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the Italian automaker unveiled their refreshed Gallardo LP560-4 and LP570-4 Edizione Tecnica models that wear a dynamic design and offer the same incredible performance.

The new Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 model range wears a slightly refreshed skin with all sorts of angular and sharp lines. The front of the super car sports a new bumper with larger air intakes and integrates a number body-colored and contrasting black triangular shapes as it slices through air at high speeds. The sharp lines run the length of the car and are complemented by new 19-inch “Apollo polished” alloy wheels in a matte black finish with polished silver machined spokes. The rear fenders continue their swooping movement towards the rear end and flow into two of the LED taillights. The air outlet has been redesigned with a wider surface area to help dissipate heat.

The new Gallardo LP560-4 can also be optioned with a new Style package. With the package, Lamborghini paints the front and rear grilles, underside of the front spoiler, rear trim, and underside of the front spoiler in high gloss black to contrast the exterior paintwork.

570-4 Edizione Tecnica

The new addition to the super car lineup is the Gallardo LP570-4 Edizione Tecnica. The new model is a lightweight, pure driving performer that incorporats the permanent all-wheel drive system from the Italian automaker. The LP570-4 Edizione Tecnica and LP570-4 Superleggera will sit at the of the Gallardo lineup for Lamborghini and offer the most exciting performance.

The Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Edizione Tecnica will offer customers a greater range of equipment to create a more individual super car. The new model will feature a fixed carbon fiber rear wing to aid in generating downforce and improve handling, and a set of carbon-ceramic brakes that reduce weight and provide relentless stopping power. Three color schemes will be available that include a primary body color and contrasting paint on the roof arch and air intakes: Nero Nemesis (matt black) body with Arancio Argos (orange), Bianco Canopus (matt white) body with Arancio Argos, and Arancio Argos body with Nero Nemesis.

The refreshed Lamborghini Gallardo model range will be available in November of 2012. Each model can also be equipped with the “Ad Personam” customization program that offers an almost unlimited array of options.
